Ingredients

400 ml pack macaroni
470 ml jar Lady's Choice mayonnaise
300 ml condensed milk
250 ml all-purpose cream
1 can fruit cocktail drained
1 pack diced cheese
1 bottle nata de coco
1 bottle kaong drained
