Ingredients

  • 1 pc bangus, deboned and marinated in Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 1 cups Day old cooked rice
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • vegetable oil for frying

Steps

  1. Fry garlic until golden brown then add cooked rice. Mix well until it becomes fragrant.

  2. Fry the marinated milkfish in a separate pan.

  3. After frying the milkfish, cook sunny-side-up eggs in the same pan.

  4. Arrange the cooked ingredients on a plate and serve hot!
