Rub chicken wings with 1 tsp salt. Set aside.
Mix 1 cup of Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise with juice of 1 calamansi and add ¼ tsp salt and ¼ tsp ground pepper to taste.
In another dish, mix 2 cups of flour with ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp ground pepper.
Dip chicken wings in seasoned Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise then coat in seasoned flour.
Deep fry until golden brown.
