Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 8 to 10 pcs chicken thigh fillet (or 3/4 kilo chicken), cut into serving-size pieces
  • 1 Tetra pack all-purpose cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup canned whole button mushrooms
  • 2 tbsps Lady's Choice mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  2. Add the chicken and cook until browned.

  3. Add all-purpose cream and water into the pan. Cover and bring the sauce into a boil. Then lower heat and uncover. Let chicken and mushroom casserole simmer for 10 minutes.

  4. Add mushrooms.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Finish off the chicken and mushroom casserole with Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise. Let simmer for 2 minutes.

  7. Serve warm.
