Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2/3 cup Lady's Choice real mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • pinch of paprika

Steps

  1. Prepare the Eggs Time: 5 minutes Peel the hard-boiled eggs, then slice each lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Arrange the egg whites on a serving plate. Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth and free of large clumps. Tip: For cleaner cuts, use a sharp knife and wipe it between slices. This keeps the whites neat and intact.

  2. Make the Filling Time: 3 minutes Add Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise and mustard to the mashed yolks. Using a fork, mix and press the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and cayenne pepper, then mix again until combined.

  3. Fill the Egg Whites Time: 1 minute Spoon the yolk mixture into a piping bag or a resealable plastic bag with one corner snipped off. Pipe the filling neatly into the hollowed egg whites, filling each cavity evenly. Tip: No piping bag? A spoon works just fine for a more rustic look.

  4. Garnish and Serve Time: 1 minute Lightly sprinkle paprika over the filled eggs. Arrange them on a serving plate and serve immediately or chill briefly before serving. Tip: Chill for at least 30 minutes if preparing ahead to help the filling set and flavors come together.
