INGREDIENTS:
White bread
Yellow sandwich cheese slices
Orange sandwich cheese slices
Cherry tomatoes
Black olives
Cucumber
PROCEDURE
Generously spread Lady’s Choice Chicken Sandwich Spread on the surface of one breadslice.
Use a small plate to round off the top corner of the slice of orange cheese to match thebread’s rounded shape. This will serve as the front of the bus.
From the shaped orange cheese slice, cut out a large rectangle window in the middle tocreate a bus frame. Place the frame on top of the Lady's Choice Chicken Sandwich Spread.
Slice two cherry tomatoes in half and place them on the top corners of the cheese frame tomimic red signal lights.
Using a straw, cut two rounds from the yellow cheese, and place them on the bottom cornersof the bus frame. Add a small black olive triangle on top of each cucumber slice to resemblethe headlight bulbs. Secure using sandwich spread.
Cut three thin strips from the yellow cheese and place them horizontally in the center bottompart of the bus frame, just under the window. These act as the grill of the bus.
Slice a thin cucumber piece into a wide U-shape and place it below the grill for a smile.
Slice two black olives crosswise into thick rings. Place one at each bottom corner of thebread to represent wheels. Use sandwich spread to help them stick.
Serve with another slice of bread at the bottom, and cover the sandwich when ready to eat.
MONDAY: Vroom Vroom Chicken Car
INGREDIENTS:

Curly lettuce
Cheddar cheese
Cherry tomatoes

PROCEDURE
Slice a pandesal horizontally, andgenerously spread Lady’s ChoiceChicken Sandwich Spread on the tophalf. Line the bottom layer with curlylettuce so it peeks out around the edges.Close the pandesal and gently pressdown to hold its shape, keeping it uprightlike a small car.
Slice cucumber into thick rounds andplace black olive rings in the center ofeach to create wheels. Use spread tostick the cucumber olives together.Attach 4 cucumber-olive wheels to thesides of the pandesal using more spread.

INGREDIENTS:
White bread

PROCEDURE
Using a round cutter or glass, cut out one large circlefrom each slice of bread. Make at least 2 bread circles,then toast until golden brown.
Spread a generous layer of Lady’s Choice BaconSandwich Spread on one bread circle.
Cut a large ham circle and place it on top of thesandwich spread as the pig’s face. Add curly lettuce onthe top edge to resemble hair.
Cut two ham triangles and place them on the topcorners near the lettuce hair to resemble pig ears.
Cut a smaller circle of ham for the snout. Use a straw topunch two small holes in the snout. Cut a slightly largercircle of yellow cheese and layer it underneath the snoutfor contrast. Stick both to the face using sandwichspread.
Cut two small circles of yellow cheese. Top each with adot of sandwich spread, then black olive slices to formeyelids. Place them above the snout.
Slice a thin strip of ham and curl it into a spiral or loopfor the tail; place it sticking out of the side or bottom.
Cut a small quarter piece of cherry tomato and place itjust below the snout, peeking out to resemble a cheekytongue.
Serve with the other slice of bread at the bottom, andcover the Pig

THURSDAY: Blast Off Recess Rocket
INGREDIENTS:
White bread, toasted
Cheddar cheese
Ham
Black olives
Curly lettuce
PROCEDURE
Cut two pieces of white bread into a rocket shapeusing a knife. Set aside one for the top. Use abottle cap or straw to punch out two round holesnear the top of one bread slice.
Spread a generous layer of Lady’s Choice PlainSandwich Spread on the full (unpunched) breadslice. Make sure to spread up to the edges so itwill peek out once assembled.
Take one slice of ham and cut it into two triangles.Place these on either side of the bottom half ofthe rocket (for side fins).
Cut a cheddar cheese slice into three thintriangles. Layer each with a thin ham triangle ifdesired. Place these along the very bottom edgeof the bread to resemble rocket flames. Add alittle curly lettuce tucked beneath the cheese“flames” to boost the rocket exhaust look.
Cover with the punched-out bread slice, aligningthe edges.
Cut two thin black olive slices and place theminside the holes to look like rocket windows. Youmay add a dab of spread underneath to hold themin place.
Add a small triangle of cheddar cheese to therocket tip and a strip of cheddar cheese at thebase. Use spread to stick them.
Press down gently and serve your rocketsandwich ready for lift-off!
FRIDAY: Fintastic Tuna
INGREDIENTS:
White bread, toasted
Curly lettuce
Salami
Cheddar cheese
Black olives
Cucumber
PROCEDURE
Using a large round cookie cutter or drinking glass,take one slice of white bread and cut out a circle.This will be the fish body. Spread a generous layer ofLady’s Choice Tuna Sandwich Spread over theround bread.
Place a short row of curly lettuce along the top edgeto make the fish's leafy crown.
Use a bottle cap or knife to cut cheddar cheeseslices into small circles. Do the same with salamislices.
Arrange the cheddar cheese and salami circles inoverlapping layers along the middle and bottomparts of the fish.
Cut a crescent shape from the cucumber and placeit on the left side for the fish's smile.
To make the eye, add a salami circle topped with ablack olive ring above the smile.
For the tail, cut a triangle from toasted breadtrimmings. Spread a layer of Lady’s Choice TunaSandwich Spread over it, and top with a triangularslice of cheddar cheese and salami. Place it at theback of the fish shape, pointing outward.
Serve with another slice of plain toasted bread onthe side.
