Ingredients

  • 250 grams spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup bacon, chopped
  • 3 pcs garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Lady's Choice Real mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • salt to taste

Steps

  • Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions.

  • While the spaghetti is cooking, in a separate pan, fry bacon until crisp. This will take about 5 minutes.

  • In the same pan, add chopped garlic and cook over medium heat until fragrant. Make sure not to burn the garlic.

  • Take the pan out of the heat and stir in Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and pepper. Stir well to ensure no lumps.

  • Add cooked spaghetti and toss in the carbonara sauce until fully coated.

  • Season the spaghetti carbonara to taste. Serve warm.

Spaghetti carbonara is one of the easiest dishes you can make in just 30 minutes. Serve on its own or serve with a slice of garlic bread.
