Ingredients
- 1 kilogram fresh salmon, bones removed
- 1/2 cup Lady's Choice real mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried chives
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- fresh ground black pepper
Steps

Preheat oven to 175 C.

Cut salmon fillet into four pieces. Rinse and pat dry using paper towels.

Grease baking sheet.

Lay the salmon fillets, skin down.

Combine all remaining ingredients and Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise and mix well. Slather entire mixture on top of fillet pieces.

Bake in preheated 175 C oven for 15 minutes or until done, depending on thickness.
