  • 1 kilogram fresh salmon, bones removed
  • 1/2 cup Lady's Choice real mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried chives
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • fresh ground black pepper


  • Preheat oven to 175 C.

  • Cut salmon fillet into four pieces. Rinse and pat dry using paper towels.

  • Grease baking sheet.

  • Lay the salmon fillets, skin down.

  • Combine all remaining ingredients and Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise and mix well. Slather entire mixture on top of fillet pieces.

  • Bake in preheated 175 C oven for 15 minutes or until done, depending on thickness.
