- 1/2 kilogram tilapia, cleaned and scaled
- 1 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup Lady's Choice mayonnaise
- juice of 1 calamansi
- 3/4 tsp ground pepper
- 2 cups flour
- oil for deep frying
Rub tilapia with 1 tsp salt. Set aside.
Mix 1 cup of Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise with juice of 1 calamansi and add ¼ tsp salt and ¼ tsp ground pepper to taste.
In another dish, mix 2 cups of flour with ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp ground pepper.
Dip tilapia in seasoned Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise then coat in seasoned flour.
Deep fry until golden brown.
