- 500 g pork chop
- 1 3/4 tsps salt
- 1 cup Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise
- juice of 1 calamansi
- 3/4 ground pepper
- 2 cups flour
- oil for deep frying
Rub pork chops with 1 tsp salt. Set aside.
Mix the Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise with calamansi juice. Add salt and ground pepper to taste.
In another dish, mix the flour with salt and ground pepper.
Dip pork chops in the seasoned Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise then coat in the seasoned flour.
Deep fry the pork chops until golden brown.
