- 200 grams cooked macaroni
- 220 ml Lady's Choice real mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp pickle relish
- 1 tbsp finely chopped celery stick
- 2 tbsp finely chopped white onion
- 1/4 tsp fine salt
- 2 tsps sugar
- 1 can 150 grams Argentina corned chicken
- 1/3 cup diced pineapple tidbits
- 1/2 cup diced cheese
In a bowl, combine Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise, pickle relish, celery, onions, salt and sugar. Mix well until well blended.
Gently fold in corned chicken, pineapple tidbits, cheese and cooked and drained macaroni. Blend well making sure pasta is well coated with mayonnaise mixture.
Chill for at least 2 hrs before serving.
