For the fish:
- 1 pc fish fillet (cream dory, snapper, or tilapia), cleaned and seasoned
- As needed flour
- 1 pc egg, beaten
- As needed panko breadcrumbs
- As needed oil for deep frying
- 2 slices white/wheat bread
- 4 tbsps Lady's Choice Tuna Spread
- 2 pcs iceberg lettuce leaves
- 1 pc fish fillet
Dredge fish in flour, shake, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. Deep-fry until crisp.
Spread Lady’s Choice Tuna Spread on bread slices. Fill with lettuce and fish fillet.
