Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 8 to 10 pcs chicken thigh fillet (or 3/4 kilo chicken), cut into serving-size pieces
  • 1 Tetra pack all-purpose cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup canned whole button mushrooms
  • 2 tbsps Lady's Choice mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Sauté garlic in ¼ cup butter. Add the chicken and cook until chicken turns a little brown.

  2. Add the all-purpose cream. Put about ¼ cup of water to thin the sauce. Bring sauce to a boil then lower heat. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Add ½ cup or 1 small can of whole button mushrooms.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Add 2 Tbsp of Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise for a creamier sauce. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
