Ingredients

  • 2 head iceberg lettuce, lollo rosso, or romaine, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Lady's Choice thousand Island dressing
  • 100 grams swiss cheese, shaved
  • 100 grams cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 100 grams choice ham, sliced
  • 100 grams cooked beef loin, sliced
  • 2 pcs hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 pc avocado, diced (optional)
  • 12 pcs cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 pc cucumber, diced

Steps

  1. Toss greens with Lady’s Choice Thousand Island Dressing enough to coat. Arrange on a plate.

  2. Top with the rest of the ingredients and serve chilled.
