- 3 cup cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
- 1 cup pimentos, drained and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Lady's Choice real mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sugar
- crackers and assorted raw vegetables (such as carrot sticks, celery sticks, trimmed green beans, and bell pepper strips), to serve
Mix cheddar cheese, pimentos, and sugar with the Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise.
Set aside in a container or mason jar and serve with assorted crackers and raw vegetables.
