Asian Tofu Sandwich

  • 1/2 cup Lady's Choice ham spread
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 pcs mantou (Chinese steamed bun), toasted and sliced into half
  • 1 block firm tofu, sliced lengthways into four equal parts and fried until crisp
  • 4 slices plum tomatoes, sliced into rounds
  • 4 slices cucumber, sliced into rounds
  • as needed alfalfa sprouts


  • Combine Lady’s Choice Bacon Spread and sesame oil in a bowl and mix well.

  • Spread mixture on mantou slice evenly then arrange tofu, tomatoes, cucumber, and alfalfa sprouts on top. Cover with the other half of bun. Repeat with the rest of the buns.
